All credit card orders must have the same information that appears
on the credit card account, credit card holder/s name, account
number, expiration date, and billing address and phone number.
Order will be subject to verification procedures, and if we are
not able to reach you, to verify your order, there could a shipping
delay.

RETURN
POLICY:
**All
products to be returned must be sent within 7 days from the date
of shipment, 100% complete, in BRAND NEW condition, and must include
original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all
accessories provided by the manufacturer. If however, a package
is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories
or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit
TDA Trading reserves the right to refuse the return, or a restocking
fee of up to 15% may be applied..
**Refused order will be credit to the account, less freight charges.
**All returns must be in its original package. Please include
a copy of invoice and reason of return a restocking fee will be
applied for each order returned.
**All
returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA
number. Please provide the following information when calling
or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial
number and the nature of the problem.
**Returns have to send Prepaid. No C.O.D. or Collect returns will
be accepted.
